Mat Stringer, builder, owner, and director has been in the building industry for 25+ years.  He started as an apprentice carpenter, went on to operate as a small self-employed carpentry contractor before obtaining his builders license.

Included in our recent string of accomplishments are ‘Tugun Heights’ a beautifully restored 60 year old Queenslander farmhouse, ‘The Spice Shack’ a funky 2 story extension in Palm Beach, designed by Coastarc and landscape architect Gerard Mccormick, ‘Beachfront Bliss’ a 2 story extension/renovation on Jefferson Lane, designed by Shane Denman, ‘Cyclades’ an architecturally designed, by Torren Bell, and interior decorated major extension/renovation on the water.

To date, Mat has helped to design and construct a number of quality projects on the Gold Coast and in Northern New South Wales.  Stringer Building Services’ scope of work includes new homes, extensions, renovations, alterations and medium commercial works.
